Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Deal Way application. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Important Disclaimer: Deal Way is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers within the Pi Network community. We do not own the listed products nor guarantee their quality. The responsibility for completing the deal lies with both parties.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must have a valid Pi Network account to use the application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under it.
2. Posting & Selling Rules
- Items listed must be real, legal, and accurately described.
- Selling counterfeit, stolen items, or items infringing on intellectual property rights is prohibited.
- Posting offensive, racist, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
- Deal Way administration reserves the right to delete any ad violating these rules and ban the offender's account.
3. Payments (Pi Coin)
- All financial transactions are made using Pi coin directly between wallets (Wallet-to-Wallet) on the Pi Network blockchain.
- Deal Way does not hold user funds and cannot reverse transactions once completed on the blockchain.
- You are responsible for verifying the recipient's wallet address and the amount before confirming any transfer.
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Deal Way makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability of the service or the accuracy of ads posted by users. We are not a party to any dispute that may arise between the seller and buyer.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
